downgraded to small stakes version after downloading latest version and re-registerin
Hi,
Today I couldnt get my HUD going on pokerstars, so I downloaded the latest update. When I was done HM asked for my email and serial number alternatively I could do a 15 day trial. I went through my mail from like 2.5 years go and found a serial number starting with SMS now I realise 1. it probably stands for small stakes and 2. I used a code from before i got the pro version.
My questions are:
why did I have to re-register?
and what do i need to do to fix my problem, I cant find any other serial numbers in my mail
