HUD stops updating after 5-6 hands

Hi- Just started using HEM yesterday and like it a lot so far. My last two sessions when I am playing a STT tourney on Full Tilt the HUD updates for the first 5 or 6 hands and then stops updating. I can see the stats in HEM when I toggle over but they do not update on my HUD. Any idea why this is happening?
