Error at Start Up - HM won't start

I've purchased HM and I'm trying to get it up and running on a new Vista computer. I've disabled UAC, installed postgresQL 8.3 and set HM, HMHUD and DBControl Panel to run as administrator. When I start HM 1.06.02, I get this error message:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Could not load file or assembly 'ZedGraph, Version=5.1.0.621, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=02a83cbd123fcd60' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I would like to uninstall HM and reinstall, but HM doesn't show up in the control panel Uninstall Program list! I tried reinstalling HM over top of my existing version but that didn't help.

Please advise on the error message and how to uninstall HM. Thanks.

Nevermind! I realized what I did wrong... I never installed the full setup version, just the update. I installed the full setup, then the update and it seems to be working fine.
