can't open HM 1 after latest update! HELP PLEASE :(

I installed the latest update, rebooted my computer and now when I open HM 1 i get the following screen and can't go any further - the Serial Number is correct (I have Holdem and Omaha Manager). What should I do? I have a lot of grinding to do today and only a couple of hours to fix, your help is much appreciated.
