HUD not functioning, pokerstars lobby not recognized

I bought Holdem manger ans Tablescanner afew months ago.
In first instance the HUD functioned correctly.
Only prblem I had was that the VPIP's were not recognized

However, i did not use the applications for a month, want to start again but HM (HUD) does not function anymore.

The problem is that
1. HM does not seem to recognize the pokerstars lobby. (could not detect pokerstars lobby)
2. However, when I start the "import" screen, it recognizes and mentions the table I am playing on, but does NO import hands.

And the HUD is NOT functioning.

I hope someone can give me advice !!

Is this HM1 or HM2?
