Licence no more valid after updating from 1.12.07 to 1.12.08

    Default Licence no more valid after updating from 1.12.07 to 1.12.08

    I have licence Holdem and omaha.
    after updating to 1.12.08 it is no more recognized as valid.

    checking my account as suggested, licence is ok.

    Went back to 1.12.07 and it is fine again. What should I do if I want to install 1.12.08?

    Update to 1.12.08
    And activate it again using the same serial key.

    Same here,

    i updated today to the latest version and after activation online i got telled that no valid license was found. the serial number is correct ("add omaha to holdem...").

    i tried to go back to a previous version, the only thing i found was "..._07 internal", same problem, so i can't use hm right now.

    please help!

    edit: it works now,after i deleted the files as described in a help thread

    I've uninstalled HEM multiple times, yet I still can't get my license working any more.
    Everything was absolutely fine until 1.12.08 - I've tried resetting profiles on the online account as well. What else can I do? Is there a link to 1.12.07?

    We had a temporary issue with our server which is now resolved. If you have not already done so please try running Holdem Manager again. If you continue to have registration issues, please send your updated Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

    I just sent an email now with the reg file. I just updated and it doesn't let me re-register.
