When im playing I have to click yesterday to get todays hands up because im in UK and i think it works off USA or something

Adjust the auto import times:
options--> settings--> adjust auto import times
This will only have an effect on NEWLY imported hands.
If you want it to work on all your old hands, you'll have to create a new database and reimport them.
