Can't find stats for hero as opponents see
In the publicity for NC it says you can show stats from your opponent's point of view. I look through the whole list and, for example, "NC.hero vpip" is not there. Why can't I show these type of stats? I mean I have looked through the whole list and it's definitely not there.
These should be in your HMApps>NoteCaddy Tools>Definition Digest tab

Yeah I read that Just getting started thread and downloaded all the video guides, but I didn't read the blog as I didn't expect the blog to be the user guide! The documentation could be easier to find! Anyway, I am liking NC, nice product.

Players that are seeing you for the first time perhaps?. Try using that new hud in the replayer where villains will have seen lots more of your hands.

I can't duplicate this, just tried a quick hud and seems to be working ok

Perhaps try a simple hud as I did to test, if this fails then try a new db and just import a small sample and test again.
