can not get hem to work, in filters there are no stakes to select

I imported my stars hand, I selected me as player to run report on, but there is nothing in report screen. So I follow the faq and go to change filters so I can select all stakes, but the stakes block is completely empty like this.



I uninstalled and then reinstalled to see if maybe it would show some stakes to select, but still blank.

Can you post a screen shot of the Cash Games > Reports > All Hands > No Filters. You can block out any stats or profit/loss you dont want displayed. I am interested in your total hands count, and the number of Players (xxxx) in your DB.

Also make sure you have the latest beta 26 version.

With only 57 players you obviously dont have many hands yet. Chances are none of them are omaha, amirite?

Change the game-type filter from 'All Omaha' to 'All Games' and let me know if that helps.

FYI - You can email support@pokerstars.com and ask them to send you every hand history and tournament summary, for every game you have ever played there. Then you can import your entire history to your HM DB.
