Can HM support the use of 2 databases for the HUD?
I want to use 1 database for the hands i actually play and 1 for the datamined hands.

No. The HUD can only pull stats from 1 DB. HM can handle 10's of millions of hands in the DB. You can also purge old observed/mined hands, as well as played hands from the HM DB to get rid of old hands. The HUD data will remain, even after you have purged the hands.
