    Default Lost my Database

I have over 117,00 hands in the last 45 days. This a.m all was fine. Shut down the computer this pm, and reopened it to find my postsql errors. I got a new postqsl and only 468 hands remain. Is there away get all the hands back, or is it better to start all over?

What errors specifically? DId you write them down or take any screen shots?

Did you try following any of the FAQs about connection issues?

    I got a new postqsl
What does this mean? Did u uninstall postgresql and reinstall it? Did you do a complete reinstall? Did you backup or rename your \postgresql\8.3\data folder first, according to this faq, so you could reinstall and use your old DB?

How do I re-install PostgreSQL and use a previous database?

If you have your old /data folder you can reinstall and use it. If you have any .backup files you could try to do a restore. Otherwise you will need to import all your archived and processed hands, or request all your hands from your site to reimpoort.

HM moves any processed hands to the archive folder you assigned eduring setup. This should contain any imported/processed hands to HM.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

You can also request your lifetime hand histories from your site, such as pokerstars or full tilt.
