HUD on FTP not working

Hi,

After the last FTP update HEM is not importing hands any more and HUD is not working also.
I updated to last beta but it did not help.
The HUD stop working earlier but I thought it will be solved with new beta release of HEM. After installing latest HEM beta and FTP software none is working now. I checked the paths to hand folders are correct. The FTP is saving hands also.

btw, PS is not showing HUD and not importing hands also.

I had this version but updated again by using a link from your signature. My HEM version now is 1.09 beta 24.

It is not importing hands from FTP any ways.
I see hands in a folder saved by FTP and tryed to import it manually to HEM but it is not working also.

If I remember right before beta 23 my HUD did not work but HEM was importing hands, now none works.

Help needed.

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

My answer is the same as before. You need the latest beta and check the Vista settings and if this doesn't help please post the answers to the FAQ i posted before.

Patch is installed. I'm running Windows XP, and it was working fine before the full tilt update.

Please crosscheck that the HM version in the header of the main HM window really is 1.09 Beta 24

Fixed. Had to change the import folder from Full Tilt/HH to Full Tilt/HH/Username.

thank you, it helped. the problem was that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe did not have "Run as admin" after last updating.
