How to use HM using a database name that doesnt exist

Basically I wanted to run HM on my laptop with the exact same settings as my computer.

So what I did was change the config file on my laptop to be identical as my desktop.

The problem is, I dont have any databases yet, and so when i tried to run HM, it said "march 2009 database does not exist"

So I would like to make a new empty database with the name 'march 2009'
so that HM will run exactly like how it does on my desktop.

This must be very simple but i dont want to make any mistakes...

Please tell me how

If you click OK at that warning message, it should open the DataBase Control Panel, where you click Create new Database and name it whatever you want.

How do I create a new database?
