Wrong $turnaction

NC (HM 5735) defines a turn action as potbet/N-3 raise, but it's x/potbet/N-3 raise.
There are 3 actions on turn in the TestEnvironment: Check, Check/Pot raise and Potbet/N-3 raise and NC chooses most unsuitable "Potbet/N-3 raise".

That's my definitions.

It will combine the second and third item in the note output when a note is taken. NC only has actions for the last two things someone did so it's misleading there.
