    Default Could not detect PokerStars Lobby

    Hi!

    I purchased TableScanner several weeks ago and tried to use it with 888poker. It didn't work, so I scheduled a remote support session. It didn't help. At that time I tested TS with PokerStars - it worked just fine.

    Today I tried to use TS with PokerStars again and receivedd the following error message:

    ---------------------------
    Error
    ---------------------------
    PokerStars: Could not detect PokerStars Lobby
    ---------------------------
    ОК
    ---------------------------

    I changed nothing since the remote support session, so you can be sure that all recommendations are met (Windows, Antivirus and Firewall settings, etc.). I also tried to sort tables alphabetically, turn ClearType on and off, and change Lobby themes.

    What can I try to make it work? Thanks.
