until now I used PokerOffice 5 but I'm not really satisfied, so I consider switching to Holdem'manager. I have a big database for PO 5 I don't want to loose. Is it possible to import this databse in Holdem'manager?

It is not possible afaik. I found a couple old threads, but it seemed as if they didnt work correctly. I think you will probably be better off requesting your poker sites send you every hand history you have ever played.
