White Opaque Screen Covers Table Window

I just purchased and installed HEM2. With HEM2 open I signed up for a tournament at PokerStars. When the game table popped up it was covered with a white opaque screen. This screen would disappear when I moved the game window but would come back when I stopped the move.

This would happen until the HUD stats showed up and then the opaque screen would disappear.

In the second tournament the HUD stats would appear and the opaque screen would disappear and then the HUD would disappear and the opaque screen would come back.

Also, during the tournament when I look at the previous hand the opaque screen comes back.

I find this very distracting. Is there a way to get rid of the white screen.

I had the same problem.

Solved it thanks to support (unbelievable but it is) by updating my Logitech SetPoint software

Yes, most instances of this issue were due to Logitech. The others were taken care of these other steps:


1) Update Windows

2) Update graphics driver

3) Update Logitech Setpoint

4) Disable desktop composition

5) Set desktop to a non-aero theme
