HUD not showing and import status not showing

    Default HUD not showing and import status not showing

    1st - After the last update, the stats donīt appear at the tables, it only appears in the top left of the tables the message: Waiting for hands and nothing happens.

    2nd - Tried to import hands from Merge and i donīt know if it was imported or not, simply because nothing appears, in the auto import window nothing happens and in the status bar the progress of importing doesn't show either. Oh and was causing a massive decelaration of my computer perfomance.

    3rd - The NoteCaddy has still 1000k notes to create and yet it is no working.

    Iīm tired of HM2 problems and very regretful of buying it. I was way better with HM1.

    In HUD Options, is show note caddy notes checked?

    In HM Apps - Note Caddy, is the start creating notes active? It opens a second window that shows the progress. If that's not open, notes are not written.

    Please check in your sessions and reports - are the hands being written? Look in c:\program files\merge site\hand history\your name\date folders - are the hands there? Look in hand importing - auto import folders. Is that folder listed?

    Are they showing that you played them at the time that your computer shows they are being played? If not open hand importing - site time adjustment and put the difference between your computer and the sessions time for the hands in the Merge box.

    Please make sure that your windows is uptodate, all service packs and windows updates installed.
    Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool: http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotn...eanup_tool.zip
    and download the NET installer and run it
    For XP / Vista http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...dotnetfx35.exe
    For Win7 - NET4 Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

    Please create a new Database and play some hands - are they being shown?

    If none of these steps produces a HUD, please attach a log file.

    Please close HM2.

    Delete the HoldemManager.CONFIG file.

    Where is this file located?

    Vista & Windows 7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    that log shows you were importing new hands the whole time. NoteCaddy won't do anything if an import is going on

    File deleted, Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments is auto detected, what are the values i should use anyway?

    Right now there are no importing going on and Notecaddy is still not working and hud doesn't work either.

    A funny thing that happens ia that after a few hours running, the NoteCaddy and the hud start working normally, but only after 4/5 hours and not allways.

    I don't understand.

    I have exactly the same problem and also tried everything. When i deleted the config file the program crashed...

    I don't know what the adjust should be - it depends on your time zone.

    Open sessions, play a hand - does the time match your computer's clock? If not, that is the # you need to put in the site time adjustment. If your computer says 1600 and the sessions says 1100, you put 5.

    Please make sure your site HH folders show up in auto import folders in hand importing as well.
