NC not working on HEM 2 for me(resolved)
I am a basic user and for some reason note caddy is no longer showing notes for me. At one point it worked, then I turned it off for a bit and then I turned it back on, but it will not display any notes. When I play the notecaddy window shows up but it is totally blank and not returning any info on hands or ntoes.
Any clues?
Could you pls try with a new database. just import about 5k hands or so. if that doesnt work del the caddysettings.xml
use this for ref to reach the correct folder

btw small change. first try to get a log while its taking notes. then del the settings file. then do the new db test.
even if resolved email me logs and observations at nilay@notecaddy.com

not sure I am getting this. It is not taking any notes at all from what I can tell...i just get a blank notecaddy window during gameplay that I end up closing since it is doing nothing.
yes but it will be writing a log(if enabled) in the background which should tell us why it stalls.

My apologies....I never captured a log but I did do a re-import into a new d-base and it started working. I got sidetracked on another issue that caused me to re-import and all of a sudden I had note-caddy working.
