    Default Caddy report not showing new hands

    Hi, I play on pokerstars. My HUD, and notecaddy, seem to be working fine. However, nothing is coming up under the 'new hands' tab on caddy report. Any ideas? Thanks

    are there items in the "new notes" tab? If you go to the NC tab under hm apps, do you see the number of hands/notes processed incrementing?
