The classic lobby works well. But TS doesn't scan the tables on which I am sitting or waiting. It just skip them.

Did you add your PokerStar's hero name to TableScanner's--> settings--> definitions--> screennames
TableScanner detects if you're on the waiting list/sitting at a table based on the COLOUR of the table in the PokerStars lobby.
And check in TableScanner--> settings--> room specific---> if it's solved if you change the pokerstars classic scan method.
