HUD not displaying on PokerStars

Hi

My HUD is not displaying on Stars.

The hands are importing and the table manager is picking up the Tables, except no HUD is displayed.

I notice that on the Table Manager, under the PLayers Tab for the tables, it says: 0/6 (0 short)

When the table is full with 6 players.
I run 1.09.19a table manager and 1/09/20 beta HEM.

I also notice that my Table Scanner for PokerStars is no longer working.

Can you please help me address this issue.

My hud is not working on the casgames by pokerstars,tourneys i have no problem.

The hands are import to the wright folder but not show up in my HM.

I have downloaded the latest update 23a beta but still not working

no ,actually beta 21, but i have download the updates

is that not good enough?

You have not yet properly installed the update from yesterday.

Download from my signature and install. if the titlebar doesnt change to beta 23a then reboot and run the hmbetaupdate as soon as you boot up.

There's something wrong about your patch / update system. Many people have problems doing the updates and the whole "reboot and update right after rebooting" sounds really quirky and is a PIA for the users and other software does not require that.

With other software, the installer usually prompts user to reboot when he has to. The update does not just magically fail to have any effect if the user has not rebooted at the right time....

I know I have installed a lot of beta patches quite recently but my window title now claims it's "Hold'em manager 1.07". I don't know how that is possible. And why don't you have a standard "about" dialog in the menus?

Rebooted and installed the beta update from the link and still window title says holdem manager 1.07. Table manager says table manager 1.6.4rc10 and stars hud is not working (shows 0/6 players all the time)

Please make sure you install the update to your original installation folder.
