Problems with HM2 / Data tournament and tournament editor

Hi,

After having big problems with the new update of HM1; your technical support transfers me to HM2 telling me that is the only solution to solve the problem.
It's been two weeks that i am on HM2 and everyday I'm forced to solve new problems.
Until now, I manage to get by myself. But now i really need your help. YOUR HELP, and not the automatic messages you send.
I transfered my database of HM1 with 2700 tournaments. I find the elements, the hands but not the results and the buy-in I manually wrote in HM1. it's impossible.

I saw that you added a patch in the latest update of HM2. So I tested a creation of a new database to import with HM1 which must normally solve the issue. But it doesn't.

How do I manage to get my 2700 tournaments ???
If I write all my results manually, I will loose time.
Even if i waste two months of my life writing, I simply couldn't.
The entry doesn't work either on HM2.

I play on Everest, so i'm forced to write manually the results. On HM2, i can just change the size and finish. the other data don't change.
The tournament editor used to work til the 13/11 but now it doesn't.

Have you a GOOD solution for this problem????

PS: do you realize that this is one month that i can't use it ???

The results should transfer from 1.0 now. It might be in a later release, try the release coming this evening - it should be out in a couple hours.

We are working on the editing issue, it is related to the comma separator.

Please make sure that your culture in settings is the same as in your windows region.
