HM2 lagging too much

Its just laggin to much and I don't know why. My PC is ok and I don't have any other problems or any with HM1. Just at start it too slow and using too much of CPU. It is almost impossible to use it if im playing at the moment...

Cleaned framework and installed it again with all updates for Win7 but nothing changed.

Please give me an advise.
