Pop Up background color

Is there anyway to change the background color of the HUD pop ups? Like how they are yellow in HEM 1.

Thanks for your reply but this is not what I was looking for. This link shows how to change the background color of the HUD. What I am after is how to change the background color of the hud POP UP boxes. In HEM 1 they were displayed in defualt yellow and could be changed directly in the pop up configuration design window. I dont see such a window in HEM 2 pop up designer. How can I do this?

Use the "Shade Cell" feature found in HUD opitons> popup designer, it gives you full color spectrum. You can apply to the full popup, a column, row or just one cell.
