No function of nc works,need help

Hi,I have bought nc,and No function of nc works for me,there is even no nc popup hud which is ok when I use hm2 trail version.
Need help!!!

btw,is it can related to the ms net framework? there are several version 2-4 both install on my computer.

Can you get into the NoteCaddy tab under hm apps? If so, what happens if you click file->synchronize->export notes to text file? Are there notes there? Is Notecaddy enabled in your HEM hud options?

I think this is no,cos it is error about.

try going to file->reset notes in the caddy tab. Then click create notes on the main tab. You may also wish to select "use turbo hand grabber" from file->settings->database settings so it's faster.

Once it has reprocessed, do you still get an error trying to export notes to text file?

Make sure "show caddy notes" is selected in HM2's HUD options
