HEM not auto importing hands

I have my PokerStars hands saved to the file "C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\" and have imported that file to HEM. However, the hands are not auto importing and no HUD is being displayed on my tables.

Thats not the correct folder, you need to use a separate handhistory folder.
To avoid permission problems the best is if you create a new folder like c:\stats.hands and configure your Stars client to write hands and tourney summaries to this folder and add it to the HM auto-import folders.

I know have the HH's being saved to "C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars\stats.hands\" is this correct?

Also, when I create a new folder and try and save my HH to it, is says nothing found?

Hi, don't use a subfolder of program files, please use c:\stars.hands

After creation play a real money hand and check whether a file appears in this folder. Can you import this file manually into HM via "hand importing"?
If this works add the folder to the auto-import folders and try again.
