Upgrade from HM1 to HM2

Hi,

For the moment I have Hold'Em Manager Small Stakes and Holdem Manager 2 Beta version on free trial for the moment.
I have also a HM2 discount and a Unspent Get it free.

I would like to upgrade from my HM 1 version to the HM 2 Pro combo.

What's the procedure to do that ?

If I have understand.

From HM1 small stakes to HM2 pro holdem+Omaha, I must first updgrade my current version of HM1 to HM1 pro and then upgrade to HM2 pro. But where can I upgrade my current HM1 ?
