As you suggested I did the reset in HUD Options > Popup Designer and now the popups are visible again.
the only problem is that when I open it by left clicking on it, the popup will stick on the table covering it and the only way
to make it go away is to minimize the table (clicking on it again won't be enough), which is a problem when multitabling.
