HUD not working with build 2.0.0.5586

After installing the 2.0.0.5586 the HUD no longer work.
When I go into the 'HUD options - site options' menu the 'select the HUD configuration' window is now
gone blank.

When I choose again my default configuration the HM2 Error Report pops up and then HM2 shut down.
Tried different configuration including the HM2 default but nothing sticks.
Reports is working normally.

Can I go back to a previous build while this get fixed?

Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Then re-import your HUD's.

Hi Nick,
I tried as you suggested but no change at all, still no HUD.
There must be something else.

Meanwhile is it possible to run HM1 and HM2 together or would that cause some conflict?

No, same problem with Carbon and for me too the latest build working I think it was .5562.

If you're getting the blank site options, please attach the prefs file from the config folder in:

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

I used this to fix this issue on two people's computers. Please try again. Check the tables/replayer with the default HUD before importing your HUD's, is it working then?

But please send us the original prefs file so we can look at that and find out why this is happening.

I did reset all the configs to the installed configs and I got back the HUD on the tables and the replayer (but I lost my custom made configs), but although the stats are now displaying, the popups are completely black (no numbers no stats).
I am on build .5623.

Clicking Reset in HUD Options > Popup Designer should resolve the black popups issue.
