Windows xp, kaspersky av, no firewall...have been using HM for years with no problemOriginally Posted by Patvs
I downloaded 5586 using the direct link, now HM2 opens and immediately shuts down with the message that e-mails to support
Email us the crash log.
Try reinstalling again with the full installer.
