Fold to 3Bet stat

Hi!

The "fold to 3bet" stat, requires to having raised in the hand or also counts the "cold" fold to 3bet?

I mean, say UTG raises, MP 3bets and everyone else folds. Does everyone except MP gets a +1 in the fold to 3bet stat, or only UTG (because he raised->folded to 3bet)?
