Says DB is corrupt and unreadable

I used HEM successfully using the trial period for 12 days. I was about to register it because I really liked using it... and then today when I started it up, it doesnt work at all.

It doesnt pull up any data and says "The File or Directory /ProgramFiles/PostgreSQL/8.3/data/base/16403/16406 is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility"

This was very frustrating. Im concerned about registering it now and then having this happen to me again and losing all my hands data...!

Has this happened to anyone? What do you do? Is there a way to get the hands back?

OK, When I started up my computer a couple hours later windows started fixing itself, which is the first time thats ever happened to me.
So the problem fixed itself. Cool!
