i have tried starting it again and restarted my com, uninstalled and reinstalled hem2 but doesnt work, it was working fine previously.

what do you mean send reg log as a file? i sent the error to your support email.

Please delete everything EXCEPT FOR DATABASE AND CONFIG in:

Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
