Players and hands arent shown!

Hi,

when I go to the "Players (843)" tab and want to see the hands and click on "Run Report" nothing is shown.
I'm pretty sure I got all settings right.
I have "Cash Games" checked which is right and there also is a check at "No Limit" , "Pot Limit" and "Limit". I have every blind level checked also.
"# Players:" is "2 to 10" and I've set the date from Sep 23 2002 to Okt 24 2009.
My other options:
Min hands: 0
VPIP: 0 to 100
Only Show Players Playing Now: NO check
All Poker Sites: checked
Report: Default Stats

Why won't it show?

In the Stakes section under No Limit,Pot Limit etc there is the levels eg 10/20nl 5/10nl etc please it the check all button for that and also maybe change the min hands to 1 instead of 0 although im sure 0 is fine but im not 100% sure

I just imported my hands of PokerTracker2 and then I tried it again and it worked and not just the PokerTracker2 hands are shown. Great!
