HM - recoery - data folder is still available

I crushed my windows and unfortunately i don´t have backups of my database ( and the moved handhistorys are also away...).

But i still have the complete old SQL Folder and would like to recover the data. I also tried to just copy the old folder in the new one but my computer can´t connect to the new database. What´s the right way for recovering?
