Default Not all hands importing when updating from HM1 to HM2

Title of the thread should pretty much say it all. I wanted to import my hands from my old database HM1 into the new HM2 database. It says it completed fine but there seems to be a very large amount of hands missing. I am currently running the import again (a slow process) which is about half way through to see if it picks up any more hands, so far it still hasn't. I'll post again with the outcome. Any advice please? Thanks.

So the import has completed again for the second time, I was careful to make sure I selected all hands up to todays date, for all people (and included notes) and the same thing, several hundred thousand hands missing.

Hi, can you backup and upload your HM1 database to a site like uploading.com and well test this, please email to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

    Default How to?

Hi, sorry for such a noob question but how do I find my database? I realise it is likely stored in slightly different places on different computers but roughly where do I need to look. I couldn't just find it through the search function. Once I find it I'll upload it, also would it be helpful at all if I uploaded the new database HM2 as well? Thanks.

Edit: Don't worry, figured this out, going to upload it shortly.

I and another user also only could imported hands until 16 October 2011. After that no hands have been imported from HM1 database.

Could you see if only had imported until this date?
