turned off "turbo hand graber" ... reset and started again froze exactly at 38,000 again . . . . . .
when will there be a new update for this do you think? my 60$ software has proved usless for the first 5 days after i have paid for it.
I've tried a bunch of things already and will keep trying things till it works. This only affected 2-3 people out of hundreds of new users so it's a little bit of a needle in a haystack since it doesn't happen on any of my computers but it's not for lack of effort that it doesn't work yet
thanks i appreciate the effort. If i hadn't tried the beta and realized how awesome notecaddy was i wouldnt be so impatient ... so i guess its a backhanded compliment to how good the product is

believe me nobody is more frustrated than I am. Two people with the same issue already sent me their databases and I still wasn't able to replicate the issue. However, maybe with yours I can...
if you export your hands then email me an rar, zip, 7z I will do a thorough analysis on it right away
id rather not send my database of hands to anyone. sorry... I am using XP would that have anything to do with? any updates i can do?
If It were xp there would be way more people with this problem. Also I test on xp so I doubt it. There is going to be more logging added for this as to narrow it down the hard way
is there a way i can use note caddy with HEM1 ?? HEM2 has so many issues atm its unreal it made it past beta.
