HM2: Licensing server giving issues.

I am a new customer and i tried to upgrade HM1 to HM2. I have installed HM2 and I have the license but when trying to activate it over the internet HM2 respond "Could not register with the server" and "HTTP 503: service unavailable". Are there known problems with the license server?
I had no such problems with HM1.

Check your proxy settings
