    Default Disconnected from Pokerstars during all in

    Hello i Disconnected while playing with a pot that was currently on $11.24 on the river and i went all in it disconnected just after this point and my opponent folded therefor making me a profit of around $5-6 but because i was disconnected my bank roll has increased but my hold-em manager is not seeing it as if the hand never happened is there any way of getting that info into hold-em manager so it appears on my sessions and graphs?

    You need to request and import the handhistory file.

    Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Handhistory .. > 200
    Request your last 200 hands.

    Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

    If the hand isn't among your last 200 played hands, email PokerStars and request the handhistories for every hand you've ever played.
