Ultimate bet HUD not working

Hi,

HUD is not working on UB despite the fact that auto import is ok . auto import folder is link to hem data folder and Hand history of UB is open during play . So I got my hands imported in HM but HUD is not display on the table .
same problem for active players detail window which is not display too

Any suggestions ?

Don’t use Ultimate History.
Go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders and click on “Add Folder” and add the following folder:
C:\Program Files\RVG Software\holdem manger\importing\hem data and click close.
Then when you launch your UB tables click on the View History button and leave the histories open.
If this still doesn’t work move/delete all the files in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\holdem manger\importing\hem data and try again from step1.

Are you using Vista?

After following your instructions this still does not work well.

It will auto-import for several hands then stop. Closing HEM, deleting the file in hemdata, and restarting will start the auto-import again, only to stop once again after a few hands. Infuriating.
