Betfair: no stats on tables

Hi, I've just started using HEM and I'm trying to get the HUD to work on Betfair. The Table Finder appears to be working (no unattached tables) and there's a little bit of lag so something seems to be happening in the background but no stats are appearing on the the tables.

I know Betfair's notoriously poor for HUDs anyway but can anyone suggest where I'm going wrong?

(if it changes anything I'm just using the trial version at present)
