    Default Activate over and over!

    Hey,

    I already had this problem, (http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/s...7384#post57384)
    but suddenly it stopped and everything works fine.

    But since Full Tilt Poker made the update I had many problems as mentioned in this thread. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=13280)
    Auto Import stopped working after some hands and the HUD didnt pop up on every table.
    This is fixed now with the new update.

    So as your support stated I installed the new beta update for HM again, but now I have to type in my Name and my Serial Code again at EVERY start.
    As I already mentioned in the first Thread I use XP Pro Service Pack 3 and I have the Holdem+Omaha Pro Version with the update 1.09 beta 15.

    I hope you can help me.

    Try disabling your firewall and other security software. Check your internet explorer proxy settings. Does your internet explorer have connection to the internet? (Please test with internet explorer, not with Firefox, Opera or whatever).

    It that doesn't help i think we have to look into your computer again: Please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer session.

    I use Kaspersky Internet Security 8 and Ad-Aware and I already allowed all things regarding HM.

    I will write a mail to fabio now.

    I also have this repeat activation problem. It has only now started since I bought the omaha addon; there were no problems before that. I use 64bit vista.

    Thanks too Fabio and the HM Support Team.
    Just one minute and he solved the problem.

    He just enabled write-protected and hidden in the file "HoldemManager.exe.ldat" to all people with the same problem.
