Everest Import, does not import allin hands

Hi,

I have just purchased HEM, I exported all my hands from PT3 to files, first off it did not import any Everest Hands I looked on the forum and I found out I needed up grade to 1.06.1u so I did now it imports all hands except for 3000 our of 160K but I am nearly certain the issues is that it does not import any allin hands, I can not find one allin hand and even though i am only missing 3000 hands my winning are less than 50% of what is right over 160K hands.

for further reference I opened up some everest tables and hit auto import, this seems to import allin hands fine so it must just be from the PT3 files.

Please look at this soon as it massively screws up winnings in my HEM

Are you using this version, please upgrade http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.02.exe and then purge the old everest HH completely as it soundlike they imported incorrectly then MAKE SURE to move the HH to a new folder and then import again.

I was defo using the u version, I just upgraded to the version suggested and when I go to Option-> purge hands: and try to purge the 160K hands it errors and I have to quit and the app shuts down.

Error = Unhandled exception has occurred etc

Startindex cannot be less than zero
Parameter name: startindex

I think that I probably have the same problem. I just had a 2.3k database in PT2 and tried to export the hands to txt-files and then to import into HM, but there are a little less than 300 hands missing. There were also around 300 import errors when I import. I had the new update installed btw. The auto-import also doesn't seem to work really and the HUD also doesn't work.

Make sure your using this version http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.02.exe

Then when you update move the HH to a new folder (otherwise HM will think its the same files and ignore them) and reimport them

I did this all again just to give it a try. I reinstalled the update you linked to and then imported the files again. It now says:

Files Imported: 9 of 9
Hands Imported: 257
Duplicate Hands: 216
Import Errors: 2117

The hands imported and the import errors sum up to 2,374 which is exactly the number of hands that I wanted to import. The 257 is also the number of hands I played at special Heads-Up tables (basically tables where there is no security when you are in a pot and time-out; don't know the english word for it sorry) instead of normal Heads-Up tables. But when I click the cash games tab (and click refresh and check that I don't have any filters at all and so on) I just see 2081 of my hands. I played all of my hands on Everest so there is nothing like two usernames or whatever.

The second link you posted there are FAQs how to setup HM for different sites but no FAQ for Everest. Is this still coming?

I sent you all the HHs because I don't know which are the ones that weren't imported. Hope you can find out something.

Ok ive the 9 files you sent me all imported successfully with no duplicates or errors so either 1 of 2 things is wrong. 1 you had an older version when you first imported or your database is corrupt so please do the following:

Make sure you have 1.06.02 http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.02.exe
Create a new Database http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=146
NB: Move the HH to a new folder
Reimport the Hands

Thank you. I made a new database and finally everything seems to work. Also auto-import (didn't get this to work before) does work now. HUD does work now. I'm looking forward to buying HM.

I'm now trying the trickier things like notes, HUD and so on.
