Party.fr rake and mail support

A recent update (1.12.xx) has changed the rake for Partypoker.fr from dealt to contributed, but the method is still dealt onthe .fr. Could you change it back on a next update ?

Also, when you request a hand history by mail and copy it to a .txt, hem doesn't seem to read it properly.

At the moment the Party support mail hands are not supported.
