1.09.13 beta - Full tilt cash game with ante bug

I don't think it is just the issue with this release, as probably this issue has never been mentioned. When tracking the results on full tilt ante cash game tables, even when you were sitting out, you would still be deducted the ante amount. So a person would have ante deducted when he was waiting to post BB or when he was sitting out.

Please fix this issue. Thanks!
