I am using XP I play on Pokerstars only been happening since I downloaded latest patch. The hands are not being imported in anything the Reports tab hands are old hands how do I fix this very frustrating.

You are using 1.09 Beta 14a?? Are you sure that you have cleared all the filters? Can you post a screen shot of your entire HM when on the Reports tab?

u said beta 14? im using 13? thats the newest one for me dont I just goto download i get 13 or was that a typo?
see in my tab 7/3 is the latest imports changed when i updated stopped importing.....but when you goto import page it does show they are being imported somewhere.
Okay I see you can download updates on the forum my fault I have 15 now and same problem no change
Is your HUD working?
Are you sure your Stars Client writes english handhistories?
Is your computers system date set correctly?
Please try to import some hands in a newly created database - does that help?

Created new database works now I think part of it might have been picking the wrong name I have a weird name that uses lots of alt codes and the one i picked dont look like mine but it is reporting mine so i guess its me haha thanks so much for the help gunna see if i can go back to my old database and pick right now dunno how my name changed thow

Okay new problem umm im very confused as to what the hell is going on seems as if my last 2000 hands have been on a new another player its as if I have 2 names and my real name doesent work no more but it has my 46k hands worth and this one only has 2k but its importing correctly very confused!!?!?
names are liek this
say my real name is !!!B‡B!!!
but !!!B¾B!!! works and is thenew 2000 and my other holdem name !!!B‡B!!! thats correct has the rest of my 46k and dont import anymore.

It is likely something to do with those odd characters. I will forward to the developer for some insight.
