In the last week, my HUD has stopped working again. I have DL'd the new beta version, but that does nothing. The new version won't even load properly in HEM. What is the next step?

In the last week, my HUD has stopped working again. I have DL'd the new beta version, but that does nothing. The new version won't even load properly in HEM. What is the next step?
HEM says the HUD wont load b/c "it is being used by another process." Hope this helps.
What operating system, poker site, and version of HM, what firewall??
Can you go to the Task Manager: Ctrl+Alt+Del > Process > Click on Image Name to sort alphabetically > Look for HMHUD.exe.

Beta 6 is too old for stars use the latest: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
I've already tried DL'ing it twice and it won't open.
