Are you exporting those hands in PT3?
Or are you importing from the PT3 processed hands folder?
Try importing the hands from the processed hands folder, which is similar to HoldemManager's HMArchive folder.

i did a pt3 export right before a complete reinstall which i did because of a hm licencing issueno more processed folder.
PT3 has the annoying problem, they don't export the handhistory in its original ipoker handhistory formatting.
As a result, HoldemManager can't import them anymore.
HoldemManager can only import the original handhistories.
