Can someone please tell me what setting I should use for ongame. i tried a couple but i just can't seem to be able to find the right settings. I'm in Vietnam that is GMT7+ if I'm not mistaking.

I played some hands right now in Ongame - it writes my local time in HH. So no need to adjust in HM.
